We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Strategist to oversee our company's recruiting, talent development, and employee performance programs.
This role involves creating referral programs, updating HR policies, and leading our hiring processes. To be successful, you should have a strong background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
You will make strategic decisions to hire, develop, and retain qualified employees, driving business growth and improving organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
- Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques to attract top talent.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.
- Create and run referral bonus programs to incentivize employee referrals.
- Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software, including HRIS and ATS systems.
- Measure employee retention and turnover rates, providing data-driven insights to inform HR strategies.
- Oversee daily operations of the HR department, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role, with a track record of success in talent management and development.
- Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems, with expertise in implementing and optimizing these tools.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, from job posting to onboarding, with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Good knowledge of labor legislation, particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance, with the ability to navigate complex regulatory environments.
- Solid communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
