Job Title: Human Resource Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our human resources team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment, training, and development of employees to drive business results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement HR Strategies: Design and execute HR policies and procedures that support organizational objectives and promote employee engagement.
  • Manage the Recruitment Process: Oversee job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and hiring to ensure the best talent is attracted and retained.
  • Develop and Deliver Training Programs: Create and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees, including onboarding, customer service, and technical training.
  • Monitor and Evaluate Employee Performance: Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure productivity and adherence to company standards.
  • Administer Employee Benefits: Manage employee benefits, including healthcare and retirement plans, to provide a competitive and attractive compensation package.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws, as well as company policies and regulations.
  • Manage Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees, managers, and other stakeholders by resolving conflicts and addressing disciplinary issues.
  • Analyze Metrics and Data: Collect and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform strategic decisions.
Job Specification:

A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Additionally, 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a call center environment, is necessary. Knowledge of federal and state labor laws, including FLSA, FMLA, and ADA, is also essential. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
