Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer with hands-on experience in the MERN stack to design, build, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should be proficient in developing RESTful APIs, optimizing MongoDB queries, and creating responsive front-end interfaces.

About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a senior software engineer. You will be responsible for leading technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert. Your expertise will enable you to analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications. You will also mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues.

Key Responsibilities
* Analyze requirements, design solutions, and implement responsive web applications
* Lead technical aspects of projects, acting as a principal developer and subject matter expert
* Coordinate with business and technical teams to ensure alignment of development goals
* Mentor junior developers and assist in solving complex technical issues
* Provide expert guidance on architectural decisions and code quality
* Plan proactively, anticipate technical challenges, and suggest effective alternatives
* Take ownership of assigned modules and support cross-project technical streams
* Promote team cohesion and foster a collaborative working environment

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field
* Minimum 5 years of experience with at least 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with React and Node.js
* Familiarity with Material UI, Apollo GraphQL, and serverless functions; Typescript is a plus
* Good knowledge of relational and non-relational databases
* Ability to interact effectively with end-users/clients, managers, and developers
* Strong analytical skills
* Excellent written and oral communication skills
