We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Representative to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. As a Guest Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
  • Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
  • Arrange reservations for guests at restaurants or other venues
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
  • Coordinate transportation for guests as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the lobby area
  • Assist with luggage storage and delivery to guest rooms
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from guests requesting assistance
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a customer service role (hospitality experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
