We are seeking an experienced Import LCL Development Professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance Import LCL sales and business development, driving growth through effective market analysis and cost optimization techniques.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate customers, ensuring exceptional service delivery and timely communication of information.
  • Oversee billing processes for corporate customers, guaranteeing accuracy and timeliness while streamlining freight process flow to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
  • Analyze workflows in the Import LCL department, identifying best practices to boost productivity and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all customers.
  • Lead efforts to achieve Gross Profit and volume goals for Import LCL, staying ahead of industry trends through continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Identify and implement cost reduction strategies to drive growth, leveraging expertise in supply chain management and logistics operations.
Required Skills & Qualifications

A minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience is required, with a strong background in Import LCL development and a proven track record of success.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential, with a focus on Excel and data analysis.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for effective collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • The ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion is crucial, as well as excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
