Radiology Reception Specialist

The role of a medical receptionist in radiology is to provide exceptional patient care and administrative support within a dynamic hospital environment.
As the primary point of contact for patients, you will be responsible for welcoming visitors, addressing their needs, and delivering outstanding customer service. Your duties will include scheduling appointments, handling cash transactions, and providing necessary information over the phone or in person.
In this fast-paced role, you will need to be able to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records related to reception operations. You will also have opportunities to train junior staff members and contribute to the growth and development of the department.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional patient care and customer service
- Schedule/reschedule appointments and manage cash transactions
- Provide necessary information over the phone or in person
- Maintain accurate records and perform administrative tasks
- Train junior staff members and contribute to departmental growth
- Minimum 3-5 years of related work experience
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu
- Strong interpersonal skills and good telephone etiquette
- Ability to handle cash and maintain accurate records
- Good understanding of medical terminology
