Financial Analyst Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our on-site finance team as a Financial Analyst.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will assist in managing daily accounting tasks and ensure that financial processes run smoothly. This role involves analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record daily financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor general ledger activity.
  • Assist with payroll processing and statutory compliance.
  • Help prepare tax returns and ensure timely filings.
  • Organize financial documents and maintain proper filing systems.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience (internships or entry-level roles preferred).
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
