Sports Development Manager

  • Develop and implement sports programmes and initiatives to enhance student engagement and participation.
  • Oversee all aspects of internal and external sports events, including coordination, planning, and execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate HEC Competitions, including communication, planning, and logistics.
  • Manage event setup, supervise staff and volunteers, and maintain accurate records.
  • Create engaging content for social media platforms and sports portal modifications.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Budget management: Work with the department head to finalise and manage budgets based on requirements.
  • Facility management: Supervise sports facilities, assign daily duties, and conduct regular inspections.
  • Data analysis: Collect, record, and analyse data related to sports activities and student participation.
