Job Opportunity:

The ideal candidate will possess a strategic mindset, backed by a minimum of 6-7 years of relevant experience in HR and compliance management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead annual business planning sessions with top executives to develop the Business Scorecard.
  • Prepare the HR Strategic Resource Plan in collaboration with departmental leaders, considering staffing requirements, including numbers, skill types, and levels.
  • Provide guidance on restructuring and succession planning within departments.
  • Propose departmental structures with consensus from Department Heads.
  • Update and share the organizational chart monthly with Heads of Departments and Directors.
  • Create and implement Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for all departments.
  • Ensure departmental KPIs align with the Business Scorecard.
  • Assist senior executives in developing employee engagement survey solutions.
  • Manage and resolve employee issues while maintaining healthy relationships.
  • Regularly identify and evaluate HR and compliance risks.
  • Conduct job analysis to prepare job descriptions for positions within the organization.
  • Participate in recruitment and selection processes upon receiving employee requisitions.
  • Review and approve monthly payroll.
  • Conduct salary reviews every alternate year, comparing with market trends.
  • Monitor salary structures and benefits to balance cost controls with attracting and retaining staff.
  • Conduct training needs analysis to identify current and future training requirements.
  • Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers.
  • Assist department managers in annual performance reviews.
