Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Consultant to deliver exceptional service to our customers. The ideal candidate will execute operational tasks efficiently, identify and resolve issues, and work closely with teams to provide seamless support.

  • Proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure customer success.
  • Closely collaborate with various teams to provide seamless support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Execute all operations tasks on time and on plan to support customer success.
  2. Identify and mitigate issues to ensure quick resolution.
  3. Act as the first point of contact for customers and build strong relationships.
  4. Manage shipments and files from booking to invoicing according to agreed processes.
  5. Prepare documentation timely and accurately.
  6. Communicate proactively with customers and suppliers in case of exceptions.
  7. Resolve operational issues and escalations quickly and effectively.
  8. Be the primary point of contact for customers and act as an advocate internally.
  9. Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end shipments by working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  10. Identify and execute upselling opportunities.
  11. Build strong relationships with customers and gain understanding of their business needs.
  12. Execute operational finance processes according to customer and company guidelines.
  13. Update systems and milestones timely and accurately.
