Construction Management Role

KPMG is seeking a skilled construction management professional to join our team. As an Associate in Infrastructure and Projects Advisory, you will play a key role in reviewing, analyzing, and recommending improvements to construction management processes and internal controls.

Responsibilities:
  • Process Improvement: Review and analyze construction management processes to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements.
  • Contract Review: Lead the review of construction contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Project Oversight: Monitor and oversee large capital projects to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards are met.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct data analysis using Excel, PowerPoint, and other data visualization tools to inform project decisions and produce client deliverables.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Minimum one year of recent experience in field construction management or construction advisory services with increasing roles and responsibilities in large capital project types for both public and private clients.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Building Science, Construction Management, or a related field from an accredited college or university; Professional Engineer, Project Management, Certified Construction Manager, Certified Public Accountant, American Institute of Architects, or other professional certification is preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, records retention, and work paper organizational skills; ability to travel; must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package that includes competitive salary ranges based on location. The salary range for this position is $61,000 - $112,200. Additionally, we provide a variety of benefits, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and personal well-being benefits to support your mental health.
