Job Title: DymaxTech Customer Support Team Lead

We are looking for a seasoned customer support professional with strong leadership skills to spearhead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess at least 3 years of experience in customer support, including 1 year of international market exposure. This role requires exceptional communication skills, the ability to lead a team, and a customer-centric mindset to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Address customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Lead and mentor a team of customer support representatives to maintain service excellence.
  • Collaborate closely with international clients, understanding their concerns and providing solutions tailored to global market needs.
  • Train and guide team members to improve their customer handling skills and overall productivity.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for continuous process improvement.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, and product teams) to enhance customer experience.
  • Monitor and report key performance metrics to improve service quality.
  • Ensure customer issues are escalated and resolved efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of customer support experience, with at least 1 year handling international customers.
  • Proven leadership experience as a team lead or senior customer support representative.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle challenging situations effectively.
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach to resolving inquiries and complaints.
