Job Description

As a Customer Support Executive, you will manage a large number of incoming calls and chats. You will identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction, building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.

You will demonstrate availability for all requirements, have a good attitude to receive customer frustration, and change bad customer perceptions of service. You will provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools, meeting personal/customer service team targets, and call/chat handling quotas.

You will follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, being the customer's advocate and giving priority to his escalations to ensure high efficiency and resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Good leadership skills, ability to guide junior team members.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum academic qualifications: Intermediate/OA Levels.
  • Proven experience of at least 1 year in the customer service department (Call Centre).
  • Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
  • Excellent in English or Arabic language (written, oral, and presentation).
  • Able to use computers software efficiently including MS Office [Word, Excel, PowerPoint].
  • Able to work in rotational shifts.
