We're looking for a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at RepairDesk. As a key member of our customer success team, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our repair shop management software.
About Our SoftwareOur software offers 40+ powerful integrations and modules, making it customizable to meet the workflows of single-store, multi-store, and franchise repair businesses. Available in 30+ languages, our solution is trusted by over 3,000 businesses globally.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the main point of contact for established accounts.
- Regular follow-ups to monitor satisfaction and ensure desired outcomes.
- Build long-term relationships by understanding customer objectives and challenges.
- Monitor customer health metrics and address potential issues proactively.
- Assist in fully adopting the software post-implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
- 1-2 years experience in SaaS implementation, customer success, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Zoho CRM or similar customer management tools.
- Understanding of SaaS product lifecycles and customer onboarding processes.
