">This is an exciting opportunity to work as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in a fast-paced sales environment. As the first point of contact for potential clients, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth by generating and qualifying leads.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, persistence, and a results-driven mindset. You will be focused on the U.S. market and will utilize advanced prospect research techniques to ensure high-quality targeting and alignment with business priorities.
You will be responsible for:
- Lead Generation: Conduct proactive outreach via calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential clients.
- Inbound Lead Management: Respond promptly to leads generated through marketing campaigns and qualify their potential.
- Lead Qualification: Utilize criteria such as BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline) to qualify leads and transfer them to Account Executives.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, product demos, or calls with qualified prospects.
- Market Research: Identify and research key decision-makers within target industries to enhance prospecting efforts.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead records in CRM systems such as Salesforce or Dynamics 365.
- Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed KPIs, including outreach activities and meetings booked.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's offerings, the U.S. market, and emerging trends in the industry.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a sales development representative (SDR) or a similar sales role.
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales-related KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM tools and sales processes is an advantage.
- A results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
- Ability to work during U.S. business hours.
