Head Hunter Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head Hunter to lead our recruitment efforts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier talent for the organization.

The role involves headhunting and building strong relationships with candidates, while also collaborating with hiring managers to meet our leadership hiring needs.

  • Conduct in-depth research and market analysis to identify potential candidates for open positions.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, and industry events, to attract passive candidates.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified talent for current and future hiring needs.
  • SOURCE potential candidates on niche platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, Rozee.pk, Glassdoor, and Mustakbil.com.
  • PARSE specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes.
  • PERFORM pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities.
Key Responsibilities

Candidate Engagement:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with high-caliber executives, understanding their career goals and motivations.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  • Effectively communicate the organization's value proposition to attract top talent.

Negotiation and Offer Management:

  • LEAD negotiations with selected candidates to secure their commitment to join the organization.
  • Work closely with the HR team to facilitate the offer and onboarding process for executive hires.
