Talent Acquisition Specialist Job Opportunity

Our company is seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruiter to play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in technical recruiting, IT staffing, or services industry. They must be excellent communicators, able to prioritize tasks, and work well in a dynamic team environment.

  • Sourcing and Recruiting: Identify candidates with experience in technical fields through various sourcing and recruiting methods, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies aimed at generating consistent candidate flow to meet overall recruiting goals.
  • Meet monthly quotas while tracking individual metrics in the IT sourcing and recruiting process.
  • Initiate background checks on candidates and identify potential red flags.
  • Initiate drug tests and interpret results.
  • Inform candidate of company's decision.
  • Compose offer letters/Work Orders and negotiate salary and benefits.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exceptionally organized with a proven track record of maintaining an applicant tracking system and effectively moving candidates through phases of the initial pre-screening process.
  • Able to manage multiple work streams and priorities simultaneously.
  • Well-versed in networking with external associations, organizations, etc. via telephone.
  • Metric-driven and goal-oriented.
