Core Engineering Leadership Role

This position requires a seasoned software development professional to lead the development of a fully secure fintech platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain the core architecture of a scalable and secure fintech platform.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define platform requirements and features.
  • Maintain and extend the platform's core infrastructure, including front-end and back-end systems.
  • Design and implement the user interface (UI) in ReactJS PWA and the backend in NestJS with authentication and authorization controls.
  • Ensure that the platform is fully secure and compliant with industry standards for security, including data encryption, secure communication protocols, and authentication and authorization controls.
  • Implement testing frameworks to ensure the quality and reliability of the platform.
  • Lead and mentor junior engineers and developers on the team.
  • Plan out projects and be involved in project management decisions.
  • Implement and maintain DevOps and QA processes to ensure the reliability, scalability, security, and maintainability of our software products.
  • Develop and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, CircleCI, or TravisCI.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot production systems, and respond to incidents in a timely and effective manner.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Strong expertise in software development, with a focus on developing large-scale and complex systems.
  • 5+ years of experience in software development, with a strong understanding of Agile development methodologies and version control.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge and experience of ISO certifications and PCI / PA DSS compliance.
