Nutrition and Food Services Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Nutrition and Food Services Department. This is a result-oriented position that requires strategic planning, effective leadership, and exceptional communication skills.

Job Responsibilities

This role will oversee all administrative, education management, financial, and patient care aspects of the department, including food service units across multiple locations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop annual plans and budgets, define strategic goals, and drive business growth in the food and non-food areas of the department.
  • Operational Management: Lead and direct the overall operations of multiple facilities, focusing on quality customer services, regulatory compliance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Audit Coordination: Maintain ISO 22000:2005 and JCIA accreditations, coordinate audits, and facilitate external and internal assessments.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure nutritious, safe, and high-quality food production, delivery, and safety of equipment.
  • Talent Development: Enhance staff competency levels through training and development initiatives, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of the organization.
  • Customer Feedback: Review customer feedback, collaborate with teams, and address concerns to meet customer expectations.
