Digital Service Management Expert

In today's fast-paced digital landscape, the need for efficient service management has never been more pressing. As a ServiceNow Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable solutions that drive business transformation.
Your key responsibilities will include developing technical architectures and designs with a focus on functionality and scalability, collaborating with customers and stakeholders to identify their business and technical requirements, and providing expert knowledge to maximize the use of the ServiceNow platform.
You will also be responsible for designing integration strategies to ensure seamless interaction between ServiceNow and existing systems, identifying optimization opportunities to improve efficiency, user experience, and performance, and supporting implementation teams during projects to ensure correct execution of the architectural design.
A crucial aspect of this role is conducting reviews and validations of architectures to ensure their robustness and future readiness, and effectively communicating technical concepts to various stakeholders.
To succeed in this position, you will require a comprehensive understanding of various ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and HR Service Delivery, as well as up-to-date ServiceNow certifications. You should also have knowledge of software and data architecture, integration patterns, and API integration using REST and SOAP.
A strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication and presentation skills, will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders while incorporating their needs into solution architecture. Experience in leading projects and teams for the implementation of ServiceNow solutions is highly desirable, along with a commitment to mentoring and continuous learning in the field of ServiceNow and industry trends.
