Job Title: Client Success Manager

About the Role

As a Client Success Manager, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key customers. Your primary objective will be to ensure that our clients receive exceptional service and support, resulting in high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and preferences, and to identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to create campaigns that drive customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance customer retention and reduce churn.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts, and work with sales teams to pursue new business.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed as a Client Success Manager, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in client-facing roles, with experience in customer service, account management, or sales.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to interpret customer data and feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) and email handling.
