Financial Analysis Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your financial expertise in a dynamic and innovative environment. As a Financial Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the business by preparing and tracking client invoices, managing accounts receivable and payable cycles, and monitoring daily cash positions.

You will also assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making. Additionally, you will prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. If you have a strong background in accounting and finance, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding opportunity, then this could be the perfect fit for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and track client invoices to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up on outstanding payments.
  • Manage AR/AP cycles, monitor aging reports, resolve discrepancies, and maintain healthy cash inflows/outflows.
  • Monitor daily cash positions, prepare weekly cash flow forecasts, and support liquidity planning.
  • Assist in preparing budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform GL reconciliations and maintain accurate accounting records.
  • Support timely closing activities, journal entries, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
  • Ensure adherence to IRS regulations, assist with tax filings, and support external and internal audit processes.
  • Analyze variances, identify trends, and provide insights on cost efficiency, financial risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred).
  • 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, or related roles, preferably in a US-based or international company.
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.
