  • Meet annual targets assigned by the Head of Department to ensure academic excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to establish and maintain a high-quality teaching environment that fosters student success.
  • Deliver high-quality courses as per faculty workload policy, incorporating innovative pedagogies and experiential learning approaches.
  • Continuously develop and refine your teaching skills, contributing to the design and implementation of effective teaching programs.
  • Employ cutting-edge teaching strategies to engage students in critical thinking, debate, and problem-solving.
  • Supervise student projects, field trips, and placements, providing guidance and support to enhance student learning outcomes.
  • Evaluate and provide feedback on student work and examinations, using this information to inform future teaching practices.
  • Maintain accurate records of student academic performance for internal evaluation purposes.
  • Lead a mentoring program for 15-20 students, fostering their academic growth and development.
  • Update and manage data in virtual learning environments and other required software, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Integrate Islamic and ethical values into teaching practices, promoting a holistic understanding of academic subjects.
  • Contribute to departmental and university committees, participating in activities that enhance the academic experience and mission.
  • Ensure teaching content and methods align with the institution's mission, responding to the needs of subordinates and students.
  • Monitor and supervise student attendance in classes, labs, and practicals, addressing any issues promptly.
  • Disseminate research findings through publications and other media, seeking practical applications of academic discoveries.
  • Conduct independent research, acting as principal investigator and project leader, and collaborating with others as needed.
  • Act as a line manager, supervising the work of others, including research teams and projects, or serving as a PhD supervisor when required.
