Revenue Cycle Operations Manager

This role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of revenue cycle processes. To achieve this, you will be responsible for accurate and timely insurance verification, authorization management, and physician order tracking.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform initial verification of patients' insurance coverage for services
- Conduct monthly re-verifications to identify any changes in insurance
- Accurately document verification information within the client's Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system
Billing and Authorization Expertise:
- Submit initial authorization requests to insurance companies for services requiring pre-certification
- Compile and submit required medical documentation from the client's EMR to support authorization requests
Document Management and Compliance:
- Develop and maintain internal tracking spreadsheets and databases to support day-to-day workflow
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Team Collaboration and Training:
- Assist in training new or existing staff on workflows and best practices
- Support other administrative or operational duties as assigned
Requirements:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented candidate with a strong background in revenue cycle management. A Master's degree or equivalent is preferred, along with current hands-on experience in an Accounts Receivable role and exceptional fluency in spoken English.
