Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead pricing strategies and provide deep business insights for the prepaid segment and digital services portfolio.

  • Leverage internal and external data to uncover actionable insights related to customer behavior, product usage, churn, and revenue trends.
  • Monitor and report performance of Digital and Prepaid offerings (daily, weekly, monthly dashboards).
  • Analyse KPIs and recommend product changes to support business targets (base growth, revenue, retention, etc).
  • Conduct in-depth competitive benchmarking across local telecom market and OTT players.
  • Provide regular market intelligence reports with pricing and feature comparisons.
  • Stay updated on regulatory changes, digital consumer behavior trends, and technology evolution impacting telecom services.
  • Identify gaps and opportunities in digital product monetization, including data bundles, content services, gamification, and fintech integrations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Digital, Sales, Technology) to ensure smooth execution as per segment strategy.
  • Support through insights in formulation and end-to-end management of pricing strategies for Prepaid GSM, VAS, and Digital services.
  • Regularly evaluate the pricing landscape and recommend adjustments in line with market dynamics and consumer trends.
  • Lead pricing simulations, elasticity analysis, and monetization strategies to optimize ARPU and customer lifetime value.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

We require a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Science, or related field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in pricing, commercial planning, or digital analytics within the telecom or digital industry is essential.
