The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales and lead generation, with a proven track record of success in identifying and qualifying new business opportunities. They will be responsible for developing and executing targeted lead generation campaigns to identify and qualify new business prospects.

Job Requirements
  • Develop and execute targeted lead generation campaigns to identify and qualify new business prospects.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and partners to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies.
  • Utilize CRM systems to track and manage leads, ensuring timely follow-ups and nurturing throughout the sales funnel.
  • Arrange meetings and demos between qualified leads and Account Executives or Sales Representatives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and company offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Maintain a high level of activity, meeting daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Continuously improve outbound outreach techniques by reviewing performance metrics and implementing feedback.

Key Qualifications

  • Proven experience in B2B sales and lead generation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Proficiency in email outreach, LinkedIn networking, and cold calling.
  • Able to research and identify decision-makers within target companies.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation targets.
  • Experience in B2B sales or SaaS.
