This Administration Officer role is a vital position at our educational institution, where you will be responsible for maintaining daily attendance records and ensuring timely reporting of administrative staff. Additionally, you will manage the work of administrative staff, ensuring they perform duties as required, and take charge of maintaining and servicing school equipment.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date attendance registers
- Ensure efficient management of administrative tasks
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of school equipment
As an Administration Officer, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining daily attendance registers to ensure accurate records
- Ensuring timely reporting of administrative staff
- Managing the work of administrative staff to guarantee smooth operations
- Maintaining and servicing school equipment, including vehicles and generators
- Preventing unauthorized access to school premises
- Managing daily accounts and reconciling them with the Head Office monthly
- Distributing salaries to local staff each month
- Negotiating with local suppliers to secure timely deliveries
- Assisting academic staff with logistical needs
- Supervising staff and student movements to ensure security
- Liaising with the local community to foster good relations
To be considered for this Administration Officer role, you must possess the following qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized university in a relevant field
- At least two years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in English language reading, writing, and speaking
- Excellent management skills
You must also be willing to commit to working for our organization for at least one full year and live on-campus during this time. As a team player, you should be able to follow instructions from supervisors and lead independently when needed.
