Job Overview


We are seeking an experienced Accounting Professional to manage all tax-related matters while handling general accounting functions.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Ensure compliance with FBR tax regulations.
  • Prepare and file Income Tax returns, GST returns, WHT returns, and other relevant filings.
  • Manage tax planning strategies to optimize tax positions.
  • Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities as needed.
  • Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the business.
  • Maintain proper documentation for tax-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, bank reconciliations, and Invoicing.
  • Perform month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.


Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Professional Certification (e.g., ACCA or CA).


• 2+ years of experience in accounting and tax management.


• Strong understanding of Pakistan tax regulations and financial reporting.


• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.


• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.


• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines.
