Senior Team Manager Job Summary:
As a Senior Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of advisors, driving performance improvement, and providing coaching and mentorship to enhance team members' skills.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of advisors to achieve performance targets and deliver exceptional results.
- Develop and implement performance goals, monitor progress, and make adjustments as needed.
- Analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address these gaps.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with workforce management to optimize staffing plans and ensure adequate resource allocation.
- Ensure schedule adherence, time-off planning, and attendance are managed effectively.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct seller interaction audits to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain a positive and professional work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Foster strong relationships with other departments to resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a customer service environment, experience within a contact center preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive decision-making.
