Job Overview:

As a strategic leader in organizational development, you will play a pivotal role in driving cultural transformation and fostering a culture of continuous learning and employee engagement.

  • Design, implement, and evaluate comprehensive learning strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Oversee the management and utilization of digital learning platforms to ensure high adoption and relevance.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders and HRBPs to conduct thorough training needs analysis and deliver targeted development programs.
  • Develop and roll out leadership development tracks and capability-building interventions across various career levels.
  • Establish and track defined KPIs such as learning hours per employee and post-learning impact to measure training effectiveness.

You will work closely with stakeholders to create scalable and sustainable interventions in the areas of Learning & Development, Culture Transformation, and Employer Branding.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field. Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Human Resources, with proven exposure to Learning & Development, Organizational Culture, and Employer Branding.
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design, learning technologies, and program evaluation.
  • Familiarity with survey tools, branding platforms, and content creation tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and data analysis/reporting.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
