Job Summary

The Assistant Manager Fixed plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team by identifying client needs, designing end-to-end solutions, and ensuring that the solution meets business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with enterprise teams and clients to gather technical and business requirements.
  • Manage vendor field teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Develop RFP/RFQ/RFI responses for potential clients.
  • Prepare proposals, RFP/RFI responses, and solution architecture documents.
  • Collaborate with Product, Network, and Operations teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy of solutions.
  • Liaison with customers, ISPs, vendors, and engineering teams for solution preparation.
  • Define policies, procedures, and guidelines for products and monitor their implementation.
  • Monitor product performance and quality of output, services, and key performance indicators.

Additional responsibilities include coordinating business requirements across all business units, developing plans to support business needs, and arranging capacity requirements for corporate business.

Requirements

Ability to engage with enterprise teams and clients, manage vendor field teams, develop RFP/RFQ/RFI responses, prepare proposals, collaborate with teams, liaise with stakeholders, define policies, and monitor product performance.
