Sr. Manager - Operations

We are seeking an experienced operations professional to lead our efforts in delivering high-quality services to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing operational strategies that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization, ensuring that we meet our goals and objectives. This will involve working closely with our teams to develop and implement plans, managing budgets, and analyzing data to inform decision-making.

We are looking for someone who is a strong communicator, able to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively across different levels of the organization. Experience in project management and team leadership is essential, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Oversee day-to-day operations, including budget management and data analysis
  • Work closely with teams to develop and implement plans
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate effectively across the organization

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with MS Office Suite and Primavera/MS Project
