Job Title: Human Resources Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our business objectives.

Job Description:
  • Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that support business objectives.
  • Liaise with management and employees to resolve issues and improve communication.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to ensure optimal performance and utilization of their skills.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in HR functions.
  • Coordinate with other departments to provide administrative and HR support.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new employees.
  • Employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning.
  • Benefits administration, including health insurance, retirement plans, and time-off policies.
  • Compensation analysis and recommendations.
  • Training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • A master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI.
  • Experience with HR metrics and analytics.
