Operations Coordinator

This role requires the candidate to be responsible for planning and organizing inspection-related activities, assisting in preparing quotations, monitoring market trends, and handling customer complaints.

  • A key responsibility of this position is reviewing and approving technical and commercial proposals.
  • The candidate will also be required to plan and organize inspections, coordinate with clients and inspectors, maintain records of completed jobs and contractor verifications, and verify invoices.
  • Furthermore, the Operations Coordinator will review inspection reports and attend management meetings as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and/or management-related field, along with at least 10 years of experience in a similar field. They must possess excellent technical, organizational, and time management skills.
