Job DescriptionOverview:
UNICEF is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the implementation of construction projects in our country office. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare annual workplans for construction projects
- Collaborate with UNICEF Programmes/Operations and government counterparts
- Develop design and technical documents
- Support procurement processes
- Monitor construction projects
Requirements:
To qualify for this position, you will need:
- An advanced university degree (master's or above) or equivalent in civil engineering, construction engineering, architecture, or other relevant technical field
- A minimum of five years of relevant experience in project management, site supervision, quality assurance, or other directly related technical fields
- Understanding of development and humanitarian work
- Technical knowledge and experience in projects related to solarization
