About the Role

">

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing and monitoring construction projects across multiple locations. This includes preparing work plans, collaborating with program teams, and ensuring timely delivery of infrastructure projects.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage annual construction work plans in consultation with program teams.
  • Collaborate with government counterparts and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with national priorities.
  • Prepare technical documents and support procurement processes for construction projects.
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree or higher in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, site supervision, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of development and humanitarian work principles.
  • Technical knowledge of construction projects, including solarization.
