We're looking for a talented individual to fill the role of Call Center Agent.
Job Summary:
This position involves providing exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and documenting interactions accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide accurate and helpful information regarding products and services.
- Identify and resolve customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, policies, and procedures.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Prior experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
- The ability to handle stressful situations and manage customer expectations effectively is crucial.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software is necessary.
- Fluency in Arabic is preferred, and knowledge of English is an advantage.
