Job Title: Senior Travel Consultant

We are seeking experienced professionals in travel consulting to contribute their expertise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in flight booking, reservation, and ticketing.

The successful professional will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to effectively handle customer inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Book flights, hotels, and other travel arrangements for clients
  • Manage customer reservations and provide exceptional service
  • Utilize GDS systems, such as SABRE and APOLLO, to efficiently process bookings
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of interlining airlines, visa requirements, and destination information
  • Create customized holiday packages for clients

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SABRE and APOLLO software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
