Job Title: Inflight Services Officer

About This Role

This is a key position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to oversee the provision of inflight services across our network. As an Inflight Services Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that our flights meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and maintain the overall appearance of our flights, including cabin cleanliness, food presentation, and customer service standards.
  • Conduct regular audits and checks to evaluate the quality and consistency of our inflight services, including catering, duty-free sales, and onboard announcements.
  • Work closely with our engineering team to ensure that any issues or faults are promptly addressed and resolved.
  • Collaborate with our suppliers to negotiate contracts and service level agreements that meet our needs and standards.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our inflight services, including cost control and quality assurance.
  • Provide accurate and comprehensive reporting to senior management on the performance of our inflight services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar capacity in the airline or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of food handling standards, hygiene, and catering accounting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, suppliers, and customers.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as travel and tourism, business, or hospitality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
