Our team is seeking a highly skilled Inflight Services Officer to ensure the highest standards of in-flight services are maintained across our network. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and adhering to our quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure in-flight services align with our group standards and applicable regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize onboard sales.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to select high-quality catering and cleaning services providers.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor service provider performance.
  • Provide accurate reporting to top management on service standards and quality.
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A minimum 2 years' experience in a similar capacity within an airline or hospitality sector.
  • Practical knowledge of food handling standards, hygiene, and catering accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to negotiate contracts and implement policies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in negotiating contracts and implementing policies would be advantageous, as would proficiency in Microsoft Office and advanced Excel skills.
