Pakistani students deserve a learning environment that keeps their interest at the heart of policy and practice reform. This mandate is driven by The Pak Alliance for Maths and Science (PAMS), a non-profit organization advocating for education reform.

To inform and engage Pakistani students, PAMS requires a qualified vendor to undertake printing and delivery services under a framework agreement with fixed rates for one year.

  • Scope of Work:
  1. Printing Rates: Ensure quality, timely delivery, and adherence to technical requirements. Provide competitive per-unit/per-square-foot rates accordingly.
  2. Certificates: Quote per unit, with the same rate applicable for 1 unit and 1,000 units.
  3. Roll-up Standees: Printing & delivery included; quote per standee (per unit).
  4. Banners: Frame options: Wooden / Steel / Iron; quote per square foot (rate remains the same for 1 sq. ft. and 80 sq. ft.).
  5. Stage Backdrop Banners: Size: As per requirement (quote basis per square foot); Material: Star Matt Flex; Frame: Wooden / Steel / Iron; quote per square foot.
  6. Cheques: Quote per cheque (per unit).
  7. Books: Printing: Four-color offset printing; quote per unit (rate for 1 unit and 100 units remains the same).
  8. Photo Booth: Printing: Customized branding as per design; Size: Standard booth size (vendor to propose dimensions); Transportation, delivery, and installation included; quote per unit (per booth).
  9. Shields: Options: Wooden base with acrylic/glass front; Full acrylic (clear / frosted / colored); Each shield in protective box/case.
  10. Agenda, 1-pager: Options: Black & White and Color Printing; Paper: 80 and 128; Size: A4 and A5 and 5.5 × 5.5; quote per unit (rate for 1 unit and 100 units remains the same).
Deliverables and Timeline
  • Date of issue of ToRs: 12 September 2025
  • Contract Start Date: 25 September 2025
  • Contract End Date: 24 September 2026
Quotation Requirements
  • Provide full name and contact details.
  • Per-page rate for printing.
  • Per-standee rate.
  • Quote for each item separately.
Submission Guidelines
  • Submit a formal quotation (soft copy) clearly including NTN No and Certificate of Filer, signed and stamped, with date and quotation number mentioned.
  • All materials must meet agreed specifications, be of high print quality, and delivered within stipulated timelines.
  • Confirmation that rates are inclusive of all applicable taxes is required.
