  • About the Job:

    • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing and continuously refining a cutting-edge, AI-enhanced financial infrastructure that efficiently powers multiple education enterprises while eliminating unnecessary complexity and maximizing scalability.
    • Crafting strategic design decisions that transform complex financial processes into streamlined, scalable workflows.
    • Providing expert written feedback on deep dives and improvement plans that elevates both human and AI performance.
    • Engaging in strategic discussions that shape our approach to budgeting, expansion, vendor relationships, and regulatory compliance.
    • Orchestrating seamless financial operations across tuition collection, audit preparation, and tax compliance at scale.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Designing and implementing a cutting-edge, AI-enhanced financial infrastructure.
    • Refining existing financial processes to eliminate complexity and maximize scalability.
    • Providing expert written feedback on deep dives and improvement plans.
    • Engaging in strategic discussions to shape our approach to budgeting and regulatory compliance.
    • Ensuring seamless financial operations across multiple education enterprises.

Requirements:

  • Professional financial certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CFA) or MBA.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive finance leadership experience.
  • Proven track record in executive finance roles with comprehensive oversight of all finance functions.
  • Expert-level understanding and application of US GAAP and integrated financial reporting.
  • Extensive experience optimizing ERP platforms, particularly in multi-entity organizational structures.
  • Successful management of 5+ Big 4 external audits.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Physical location within UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones.

Nice-to-Have Requirements:

  • Knowledge of U.S. K-12 education models.
  • Hands-on experience developing finance automation systems or AI-integrated workflows from the ground up.
