Industrack is a rapidly growing SaaS-based company that specializes in innovative SaaS products. We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for initiating contact with potential customers, generating leads, setting up qualified meetings, and providing demos.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and email outreach.
2. Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts.
3. Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
4. Utilize CRM software to manage sales pipelines, track progress, and identify areas for improvement.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal stakeholders and external clients.

Requirements:
1. A minimum of 4-5 years of consistent and relevant experience in Business-to-Business (B2B) telesales, telemarketing, or appointment setting.
2. Strong understanding of CRM software and sales processes.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
8. Strong team player with a positive attitude and excellent time management skills.
