Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning and Execution: Manage project communication, oversee project planning, monitoring, and execution to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Scrum Master Role: Prepare reports, lead daily stand-ups, conduct sprint refinement, planning, and retrospective meetings.
  • Client Communication: Engage in client communication to ensure commitments are met without delays, identify gaps in the team, and optimize resource utilization.
  • Team Development: Assess training needs, provide essential training, build and maintain a professional and supportive culture that fosters employee growth while achieving company goals.
