Job Title: Microsoft 365 Teams Voice Administrator

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, and managing Microsoft Teams Voice solutions, including Direct Routing, Calling Plans, and Operator Connect to ensure seamless voice communication.\
  • This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Teams Phone System, and SIP-based telephony solutions.\
  • Key responsibilities include design, configuration, and management of Microsoft Teams Voice solutions; deploying and integrating Session Border Controllers (SBCs); troubleshooting and resolving voice-related issues; managing Teams policies and configurations; collaborating with network and security teams; performing migrations; monitoring Teams Voice infrastructure; providing end-user support and training; documentation; and network design.\
  • The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and configuring Microsoft Teams Voice solutions, experience in voice administration and telephony solutions, strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365, SIP-based telephony, and PowerShell, and proficiency in managing SIP trunks, configuring SIP endpoints, and troubleshooting SIP signaling issues.\
