To be considered for this role, you must have:

  4. Manage and Hire Key Selective Sales Management Personnel, Providing Daily Guidance and Support to Achieve Sales Goals.
  5. Assist the Field Sales Organization in Increasing Business with Partners, Promoting Cross-Selling and Upselling Initiatives.
  6. Maintain High Levels of Partner Satisfaction through Effective Communication and Issue Resolution.
  7. Uncover New Opportunities, Qualify Client Needs and Requirements, and Develop Tailored Solutions to Meet Their Demands.
  8. Design and Deliver Licensing, Brochures, and Pricing Proposals that Effectively Communicate Value and Drive Sales.
  9. Direct Meetings with Key Accounts and Companies' Top Management, Building Strong Relationships and Driving Business Outcomes.
  10. Participate in and Arrange Sales Training Meetings on a Weekly Basis, Ensuring Team Members Have the Skills and Knowledge Needed to Succeed.
  11. Travel Extensively Throughout Pakistan, Including Major Cities Such as Islamabad, Lahore, Karachi, and Others, to Reach Customers, Close Sales, and Provide Essential Information.
