Job Title: HR and Admin Manager

About the Position

This exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR and Administration professional to join our team.

  • The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing HR and administrative functions, including employee relations, recruitment, and benefits administration.
  • A strong understanding of employment law and regulations is essential for this role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel, is mandatory.
  • Experience working with ERP systems and the tendering process is highly desirable.
Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Coordinating recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and selection processes.
  • Administering employee benefits, including leave, performance evaluations, and terminations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports as required.
Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR and administration, preferably in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong understanding of employment law and regulations.
