- Leadership and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative work environment, promoting improvement initiatives in daily operations and driving team performance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and track performance to meet objectives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, residents, and facilities staff, providing exceptional service and support.
- Policies and Procedures: Establish policies and procedures for facility inspection, setup, maintenance, and repair, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Contract Management: Review and manage service contracts, ensuring they align with business needs and provide value.
- Maintenance Oversight: Direct and coordinate facilities maintenance, repair, and project activities, ensuring they are completed efficiently and effectively.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
