Job Title

Leading development and deployment teams is crucial in this role. A collaborative approach is essential in establishing project requirements and overall design.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead development and deployment teams to deliver projects efficiently.
  • Collaborate with product managers to set project requirements and design.
  • Work closely with management to develop project schedules, providing accurate estimates and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Contribute as a key member of the Professional Services team to analyze and implement custom integration project deliverables.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot product stability issues reported by clients.
  • Ensure delivered code meets functional and technical specifications by working with Application Consultants.
  • Support the Quality Assurance group during release processes for changes.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external clients to ensure changes meet project requirements.
  • Participate actively in code review and knowledge sharing sessions.
  • Assist in investigations of technical issues with Research and Development/Sales/Professional Services/Support staff.
  • Foster a positive team culture similar to leading software companies in the industry.
  • Provide team mentoring and skills development support.
  • Manage projects without placing unnecessary pressure on the development and deployment teams.
Job Specification

Required Technical Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent technical degree.
  • General understanding of programming principles and concepts.
  • 8-15 years of experience developing commercial enterprise applications in C# .NET.
  • Proficiency in other programming languages such as Java, C++, PHP, and Android.
  • Minimum 8-15 years of experience in a team lead position.
  • Experience working with Microsoft SQL Server Database.
  • Ability to interface with REST and SOAP APIs.
  • Experience using Microsoft's Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Visual Studio development suite.
  • Capacity to independently design and code add-on features.
  • Utilize programming skills to ensure high-quality and reusable code.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in MS Office.
