The successful Product Marketer will be responsible for developing compelling messaging and positioning strategies, collaborating with product teams, conducting market research, creating high-quality marketing materials, driving lead generation, equipping sales teams, executing go-to-market strategies, collecting customer feedback, and analyzing performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Message Development: Develop clear and compelling messaging and positioning strategies that articulate the value and uniqueness of our products and features.
  • Collaboration with Product Teams: Align with product teams on their roadmap and backlog calls to understand what's being built and why.
  • Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends. Analyze feedback on G2, research competitors, listen to feedback calls from customers on Gong, and interview internal and external stakeholders.
  • Marketing Content: Produce high-quality marketing materials such as messaging decks, positioning statements, customer-facing roadmaps etc. in collaboration with the design team.
  • Lead Generation: Write compelling short copy for landing pages to drive lead generation. Work with the web team to launch pages and track performance.
  • Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with necessary tools and materials, ensuring they have a deep understanding of product features and benefits.
  • Go-to-Market Strategies: Plan and execute effective go-to-market strategies for new product launches and updates to create excitement.
  • Customer Success: Work closely with the customer success team to gather customer feedback and insights for product development.
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in product marketing, particularly in a tech or event-related industry.
  • Strong understanding of product marketing and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Well-versed in writing high-impact, concise copy.
  • Ability to create engaging and informative marketing content.
  • Experience with data analysis and market research.
  • Collaborative team player with strong leadership skills.
